Hi. I will need to travel on business to India in the coming months, and I am a non-US citizen travelling to India. Therefore, I need to fill out the "Additional Particulars form". However, I had some legal issues last year, and I was not convicted of anything, but have entered into a Stipulated order of continuance with the court - the case will be officially dismissed in September this year. On the "Additional Particulars form", it asks if I have ever been convicted of a crime, or have any pending criminal issues. I'm not sure what to say here, and I am really worried that my visa application will be rejected by the consulate. Has anyone experienced this before?
