Passport for minor in india

Hi,

I am staying in USA (san Antonio) and my wife and son are staying in INDIA. My wife is applying for my son's passport in INDIA.
What is the procedure for it.
Can somebody help in this please

You need to provide notarized no objection certificate or affidavit from both parents.
