Is it possible to apply for new OCI card for minor if parents are not legally married?

Both of us are Indians but not married. Please help.

if you see "No such nic data found based on below criteria." error your are at wrong place.Might be visa section of CKGS site.
I called them i was facing same issue as per there representative. For OCI once you are done with govt form. Go to CKGS shipping step.No need to create account for oci.
