I have question about my son's OCI application.

My son's Indian passport has his name written as Surname: P YYYY XX; Given Names: B YYYY X C YYYY K YYYY

But in his new US passport, this is written as Last name / Surname: P YYYY XX; Given names: B YYYY X C YYYY K YYYY

There is one space missing. Can i fill his OCI application with Last name / Surname: P YYYY XX; Given names: B YYYY X C YYYY K YYYY .

Please let me know how to proceed with this.

sure you will complete your application base on the current document, which is on the current passport. in better result, you will attach a notarized Affidavit of name change, stating that both name are the same person.
