Missed my appt gue to daughters illness - frustrated with cust service- HELP PLSS

  • Missed my appt gue to daughters illness - frustrated with cust service- HELP PLSS

    My daughter has pneumonia and flu - I had an appt with ckgs - couldnt make it - called the so called "cust service" - called thrice everytime a different answer. Wanted to ask some things about the form so I could mail it in - the guy out there was in such a hurry and was trying to rush and end the call, He had the odacity to tell me that they were receiving many calls and have to hurry up with the calls.

    CKGS should first train the guys as to what is the "meaning of customer service". Sometimes I wonder if they know what they say - everyone gives a different answer. Instead of attending to my daughter I am trying to deal with these guys.

    So now I post this thread - Has anyone rescheduled and if yes do we have to fill the Renunciation and OCI forms all over again or can I make an appointment with the same webreference #. I want to walk in with the docs and make sure its done personally - not comfortable mailing in. I also tried rescheduling my appt but it keep saying appointment slots not available.

    Plss if someone could help - Just so frustrated - I cannot understand why its always a torture when it comes to dealing with the agencies - first BLS and now this. It just makes me wonder is I shd be happy or sad renouncing everything. Its always been a challenge when it comes to dealing with these agencies.

    Finally I got my appt rescheduled online to end of Feb - now just not sure if I can use the same web refernce # for the Renunciation or will have get a new one alltogether. One of the cust service guy told me I have to get a new Renunciation form altogether - start all over again and another told me I could go with the same forms - the other told me I had to withdraw this form and start a new form - So not sure !!!

    Please anyone out there I will appreciate it if someone has gone thru it or knows something about it. Pleasee help.
