Apply new OCI card for 6 months old baby

I am applying New OCI card for my 6 months baby boy . I have a question regarding uploading picture and signature while filling the form online. The below attachment says i have to upload applicants picture and signature. But i am filling for mu son who is 6 months old and cannot sign. So can i upload my signature and my baby photograph for filling form ? Please enlighten on this.

signature underneath photography for minor under 5 years old should apply thumb impression. if the upload images is not clear on hard copy then replace with clear physical thumb imptession. please mind that if you are sending application through mail and under San Francisco jurisdiction do not send original passport and support documents.
