OCI Document upload issue

Hello,

As per the new requirements, I have uploaded my documents (passport and OCI) to the India government website. However, after I uploaded the documents, I do not get any acknowledgement that the documents have been uploaded. I just get a blank page. There is no error message anywhere. I am not even sure if the documents were uploaded properly. The file is a PDF and less than 500kb. Is this the correct behavior? Did anyone else see a different behavior?

You can go back to the option Document upload/reupload and check if your documents are listed there.

I am now able to upload my documents properly and see my documents properly. Now, I get a a "Successfully uploaded" message. Before, I was redirected to a blank page. I actually sent an email to Washington DC consulate. But, I got a response from the CKGS Manager. I am not sure if they took care of something on their end.

CKGS cannot do anything regarding the upload documents because are all done by government site

I encountered problem uploading my documents. I recieved an error message after uploading my picture. The site is seriously having issues please can anyone help me out
