The CKGS web site gives 2 shipping options for Visa: "Fed Ex" and "Use my own airway bill number" but I assume they do not require air courier?

Is it acceptable to use USPS 2 day ground shipping?

I am only 30 miles from San Francisco and want to use ground shipping, and provide the USPS tracking number for the "Airway bill number".
I assume they are not particular on "Air Courier"?

USPS Shipping label should work. It costs only about $6. You will need to create an account on USPS website to buy and print label.

if own shipping label, UPS or USPS only. or pay $15 to ckgs for fedex service
