Format for Spouse name - Indian Passport

Hi,
I renewed my passport recently. My parents names are in the fisrt name last name format. But my spouse name is in last name first name format. Is this right or a printing mistake?
The acknowledgement receipt from BLS center stated the spouse name correctly in first name last name format as per my application.

If yes, do I have to visit the BLS center again to get the name corrected?
