OCI Card document Notary

I have got Notary done for all documents at San Francisco, California for new OCI card for Minor and the notary is attached as a separate page with each document but not on the copy of the document. Can you please let me know if that is fine to have notary as a separate sheet?

you just wasted lots of money, only parental authorization need to be notarized! anyway, separated sheet for notary is fine, as long as not stapled, just paper clip only.
