Hong Kong resident with OCI wanting to travel to restricted areas in Kashmir
So any foreign nationals wanting to visit restricted areas in India should get the Protect Area Permits (PAP). However, I would want to visit several places in Ladakh/ Leh that are of such restricted areas. Any foreign national who isn't from countries; Pakistan, China, Burma(as of my knowledge) is able to obtain such permit from Home Affairs in Leh within a day. Whereas residents of those 3 countries have to obtain it from Delhi instead. However as being a OCI card holder, and being a resident of one of those countries, I am uncertain about the procedure of me getting a permit. Can anyone help out?
