My inlaws applied for OCI and they both received them few days back. They had also applied to cancel their Indian passports and get renunciation certificate. However in both cases, they got their US passports and OCI card back by Fedex but not their old cancelled Indian passport / renunciation certificate. Calls to C&K San Francisco office is proving to be helpless. They keep saying it should be in consulate and they cannot do anything until its returned to them by consulate. Please anyone knows what to do..
