I am applying to renew my passport and I completed application form on CKGS website. On first page of CKGS website there is a question "Are any criminal proceedings pending against you in any court in India or in the USA?" for which I selected "No". When i went to document checklist, It was showing me "Undertaking for Court Cases" as a notarized document to submit. I am not sure what to do in this scenario. Does anyone else is facing same issue? Is it a site issue or I am doing something wrong?

Seems like site issue -
I am on the same boat.
I did not know at the time that BLS extension was not renewed and giving it to CKGS.
I filled a form with CGI during early May and have a Ref no. I am trying to use the same ref no to use in CKGS and it says invalid.
I am confused now and unable to reach the customer service . have been trying all day.
