Canadian citizen applying for OCI from US

I'm a Canadian citizen working in US on TN visa.

Is it possible for me to apply for OCI card from USA or do I need to apply it from Canada.

I would appreciate if some can provide an answer.

Yes you can, as long as holding a long term u.s visa with proof of u.s resident address
