Passport renewal: BLS Order form has been blocked now

Hi

I am applying for passport renewal. I have to fill out BLS order form but somehow the link is not working for me. whenever I click on that link it says "Order form has been blocked now". Any suggestions please.

I registered with BLS sometime back and was about to submit the application. Since they are not accepting the application anymore I tried with the CKGS. When I entered the Government Web Reference Number, it is not validating. Can I create a fresh application and start the application process again. Thanks.

I am trying to do the same but the from is blocked. i tried calling them but they put me on waiting for hours! Let me know how did you renew your passport!

p.s I tried filling for after 9th may 2016

try this link as BLS transitioned to CKGS... https://passport.in.ckgs.us/get-started

Now it is CKGS USA instead of BLS.
