OCI - Passport Matchup at Washington

I have submitted my children's OCI in Lieu of PIO last Feb and now it ready for Match up at the DC embassy. I had send the passport and PIO last week and waiting for more than 5 business days. Does anyone else have similar experience?

Frankly speaking, the process and waiting for originals back is killing... The Embassy should simplify it rather complicate the process. It was better earlier, now they have photo size restriction, signature size restriction, document size restriction (uploading) so on.... I don't know how a common man should apply...
