Passport renewal at SFO

I just wanted to share my positive experience with the SFO office. I was nervous about the time it would take as I was switching jobs.
I applied the first week of Jan and I received the new passport the first week of Feb. I applied online and send the documents via UPS & chose to receive the return passport at home.
I had enclosed documents as mentioned on the site. The status was updated online as and when there was change and I knew when to expect.

Very professional, timely service indeed!
