Return shipment for OCI/Renunciation

Hi everyone,
I am about to apply for my renunciation/OCI together to CKGS. I am confused about the return shipping hope someone can help.
I have made an online payment with my credit card that includes a shipping payment of $15. Do I still need to send a return envelope or return shipping label?
Does this $15 include the onward and return shipping cost.

The initial 30$(15 + 15) that you pay when filling out application is for shipping your original docs and application tot hem and for them to return the original docs like passport and renunciation back to you. This part id the first phase. This takes about 2-3 weeks.

Once your OCI card is back at the Consulate from India after it gets issued, you will go the the ckgs site and pay them another 30 -- 15$ for shipping your passport to them and for them to ship the OCI and passport back to you. This part comes much later, probably a month or so after you get your initial docs back.

For the Renunciation application, they only charged me $15 courier fees online. I haven't got to the OCI shipping details yet.
The Renunciation checklist includes this:
Prepaid envelope with shipment number and carrier name. Do NOT send FedEx prepaid envelopes etc etc.
