OCI Shipping label

I just paid for the courier service for OCI application online. The label generated reads TO: NEWYORKADMIN
and the INV,PO and DEPT fields are blank.

Is this incorrect?

When I paid for Renunciation Service, the shipping label read TO: CKGS APPLICATION CENTER NEW YORK
and the Dept, PO,INV fields are all populated.

Has anyone else had this issue?
I am sending a renunciation and OCI application together, can I use the renunciation shipping label and include both my applications in the same envelope?

Regarding shipping to CKGS, from what I understand, they don't care how it reaches them. Just label each application correctly and make sure all the documents are in the same order as the check-list.
I used a large paper clip to separate each family member's application.

I had sent all our OCI apps in one USPS Priority Mail envelope. Return shipping has to be one per applicant. I used pre-paid Fedex for the return.
