Hello all,
I was just wondering if it would be possible for an Indian (residing in Ireland) to obtain a visa to visit Pakistan (Peshawar) for a friend's wedding. I checked online and nowhere is it written explicitly that it can't be done. I talked to the guys in Pakistani Embassy in Dublin, and they were of little help, they just said 'Send whatever documents you think are necessary, rest is up to the ministry to approve it'.
Does any one here have any experience with visiting Pakistan for a friend's wedding? Also, I read in some places that it is probably easier to get a visa for Karachi / Islamabad / Lahore for an Indian national compared to other cities. Given that I wish to go to Peshawar, would it be helpful if I submit any extra documents? Any advice on what sort of documents from both my side and my friend's (Pakistani who is getting married) side would be helpful for the visa process, will be very helpful!
