Is there supposed to be a photo on renunciation certificate?

My wife and I applied for renunciation + OCI through separate applications following usual CKGS process. When I got my renunciation certificate it had a photo pasted above the signature box but my wife's renunciation certificate has no photo! I am confused. Is photo supposed to be pasted by CKGS or not? Whose certificate is correct? If a photo is not supposed to be there, then my renunciation certificate does not follow the norms, and if a photo is supposed to be there, then my wife's certificate does not follow the norms! I am worried because 30 or 40 years down the line, I do not want to land up in trouble if such a document is needed! Thanks for your time reading this dilemma!
