My L1B visa will expire on 9/30/16 & passport will expire on 3/26/17.Now I applied for L1B & have appointment in India for extension of Visa. So Shall I apply for new Passport in USA OR not? What happen if I have new passport at the time of interview & my DS160 is filled with Old passport number. Please suggest? Thanks in advance !
