Govt of India OCI website down?

Anyone else having problems accessing the Govt of India OCI application website? https://passport.gov.in/oci/
I'm trying for three days now and all I see is 'Invalid Input. Please go back and try again."! I asked a friend of mine to try, and he got the same error.

I am facing the same problem. I am trying to upload documents for my daughter's OCI application but the website is not opening at all.

Yes, it is down, I have been trying for last three days as well.

Looks like it's working now. I'm going to wait for at least a day before starting my daughter's new OCI application.
