OCI for Minor: Question

Anyone knows if Section 36 of part B of the OCI form needs to be signed in case of a minor (by the parents)? It's not really clear if this section is to be signed or left blank, and only sign the next "Application for Minors" for minor. Thanks!

Honestly i followed checklist for my kids. Look for item number 2 for minor's check list.


PARENT CANNOT SIGN ON BEHALF OF THE CHILD UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES ON THE PART A.
Applications should contain BOTH PARENTS signature on the PART B ONLY AND DULY NOTARIZED.
MINORS DO NOT SIGN PART B OF THE APPLICATION.


There is a section under #32 of the application where it says **Application for Minors. This is where parents sign and get it notarized.
