Wrong Issue date -- How to Fix it?

Issued date is wrong in my Son's PIO card. It is mentioned as 03/09/2011. It should 03/09/2006. How to fix this problem?

Found Solution

I sent an email stating the problem to one of the officials in contact list and included my phone number. He called me in 2 minutes. He asked me to send the PIO card with a letter stating the Issue. He said they will fix the problem and endorse the PIO card.

Hopefully it works.
