To get back Indian citizenship - for minor child

Hello,
My grand daughter who is born in India has changed her citizenship to Seychelles Citizenship as she lived there. Now she is back in India and got OCI lst year. Is it possible to get back her Indian Citizenship? My daughter is Indian but my Son-in-law is Seychelles Citizenship. Please advice.
