regarding oci application given name or just the first name

Hello !
I am trying to get my OCI application going and this is my 3rd attempt trying to get it right. The issue is when I started the application the form required the following
First Name (Given Names)
As on Current US/Foreign Passport
Should I enter only my first name or the entire given name on the US passport as the given name is always the first name and middle name?
I tried to call the online personnel and they didnt give me any answer I could put to use.
When I reached the renunciation part of the form it asks you for the middle name too, so if I enter my Given name as on the US passport the middle name is already entered and it wont let me move ahead with the form unless I enter NA or my middle name which would appear twice.
Please help, I really would appreciate any help and want to get it correct this time around and not get stuck in this process.

thanks for the prompt reply but I am a little confused as the application starts of asking for First Name but also the (Given Names) as seen on the Passport. I tried to do both my first and middle name on it, but for some reason the entire application takes the first and middle name as my first name. More so when you get to the renunciation form the name you enter when you start the application stays as in and additionally asks for middle name which is already entered in the first name area as per the given name part of the form. Then come renunciation part of the form what do I enter in the middle name part as the form will not let me move ahead unless I enter something and I cant say not applicable as I do have a middle name. I would really appreciate any inputs on the same, as to what is the expected by the ckgs. Thanks

Your First name is the same as Given name. If it asks for first name (given), Middle name, Last name (surname) on the application then that is what you should put.

NO. on any of Indian VISA, OCI or Renunciation, the First or Given name is a complete name as on the passport, even ask for First name or name only, must full name.
