OCI eligibility to acquire agricultural land and school managership

Hi Friends,
I am planning to get the Australian citizenship and OCI this year. There are couple of things I wanted to know. Please help me if you know the answer.

1. My parents have some agricultural land. Is there an issue on acquiring this land with inheritance if I am an OCI?
2. My father is an aided school manager in Kerala. Is there an issue on acquiring the manager post of this school if my father wish to transfer it to me?

You can't buy agricultural land as OCI, however you can acquire agricultural land thru inheritance.

If it is government or public sector position, you are not eligible to hold that position without approval from authorities. If it is private, then yes.
