We are in the process of applying OCI card for our New born baby in US. We parents both in H1 visa, one of our visa got expired and extension had been approved whereas other have valid H1 visa.
In this case does any one of our visa is enough to apply for OCI card to our child or else both should have valid visa.
And also regarding address proof submission
Both the parent lives in different states, how can we submit the address proof of both the parents.
In this case any of the parent address proof is enough to submit?
