OCI - Parent visa document and address proof submission

We are in the process of applying OCI card for our new born baby in US. We parents both are in H1 visa, one of our visa got expired and extension had been approved and other have valid H1 visa.

I this case any one of the parent visa is enough to apply for the minor OCI card or both parents valid visa is required.

and also regarding the address proof submission.

We both are living in the different state so our address varies, so in this case submitting any of our address proof is enough or both of our address proof should be required for applying our child oci card.

you do not need to wait for the granted proof of visa status, submit the expired visa page plus the proof of payment for the extension is good enough. regarding to the proof of address, any one of the parent's address proof copy is enough.
