My case was i had a passenger going to india with a foreign passport but she has PIO card valid till 2029. but upon reaching the immigration of india they said PIO card has been cancelled.
My questions are:
1. Is it possible that the officer just put a cancelled stamp on the PIO card even though its still valid til 2029?
2. Is it possible for the passenger to hold the cancelled PIO card? Or the officer must take it from the passenger?
3. Immigration in india does not allowed PIO card holder to enter india anymore?
