Can surname be changed again if already changed once

hi i am an Indian.
my surname is changed to my hubby name when adding spouse name in my Indian passport..
now i want to change it back to my father's name.. bcoz all my educational certificates has my father's name.
my voter id and Aadhar card has husband name bcoz i applied it after marriage from my in laws address..
is it posssible to change my surname back to my father name?
looking for a solution.. pls help me out..
