Native address in OCI application for US born child

I am filling up the application in the govt site for my US born child. Me and my wife are Indian citizens. We live in NJ. what should be put in the Native Address question? Should we leave it blank or provide my address in India? Please help.

You can provide your India address. We did provide our India Permanent address.
