Hello everyone.
Please help. I am applying for myself india visa and renunciation of indian pp (just got my us citizenship)

All my documents are ready - I have my previous indian pp /naturalization certificate /etc

EXCEPT

when i return to ckgs website it is asking to fill in additional particulars form - which is asking for spouse previous nationality which was india and asking for old indian passport number
we do not have those details as it was very old , we do not have that PP anymore or any details and there is no way to get that number now .

What should I do ??

all help will be very much appreciated . Please post your experience if anyone in similar situation or if anyone can help. Thanks
