I missed to select CKGS courier service ONLINE when filling up the form for my child. Can someone tell me what is best way to send and receive the documents from CKGS. The CKGS website does not give useful information for using own shipping label. It says what is not accepted like below!!! and not what is acceptable.
FedEx Prepaid Envelopes sent by you are NOT accepted.
USPS Pre-paid labels have an expiry date and hence they are NOT accepted by CKGS.
For Prepaid envelopes, CKGS will not be responsible to contact you, and if you ignore this point for any delay occurring will be your liability.
If any has used their own shipping to CKGS and included return shipping label for getting the documents back, could you please advise.
