I am unable to log back in to OCI Government Web Site "Temp ID Not Found" Error

I completed the beginning OCI application on CKGS Site.

Made Payment.

Then it transferred me to Government site. Gov site issued me a Temp App ID #.

I completed Part A and Part B on Gov site. Got email confirming I have completed A and B and proceed to upload docs. It issued me a File Reference Number.

I want to log back in to Gov site to "upload documents" but it is not recognizing my login credentials.

I tried both ways to log in to government site:
1)File Reference Number starting with "USA..." and 2) the Temp ID number.

Both are failing...

If it comes to the worst, is it OK to just start over on the Government Site and choose "Fresh OCI application" and re-enter info.

I get this automated email from indian domain. But it does not list the "file number" in the email!!!. What is the purpose of this email?

I did some screen shots while applying and was able to get a "File Reference Number" but it should be in the body of the email that is automatically sent out.

Update

Under the new URL - https://ociservices.gov.in/welcome

Look for the buttons on the left side, you will have to specifically click on where you want to land.
In my case, I wanted to upload documents and clicked on "OCI Document Upload/Re-upload". Then click "Proceed".
Later enter passport number and registration number (NOT TEMPORARY ID). Use File-number which you got in email.

Take it easy. This is how govt websites work

I spent quite a bit of time trying to enter the data. I got the file number but it is now asking for a temporary id not found. I have a file reference number but do not have a temporary id number. How can find that?
