Hi,
I am in the third step of passport renewal page of CKGS where it autogenerated the Nationality verification form. Now, I am able to see two buttons for Annexure E and change of appearance form. But I am unable to download/print or view them.
Are these forms auto-generated or do I have to download Annexure E separately and fill it manually? or Does it get generated after I complete the application in Government of India passport Application page?
And though none of the change of appearance is applicable to me, it is marked as required document in checklist? Where do I download this document from?
I also tried accessing "My Account" page to check if the annexure E and change of appearance forms are available to download, but it says information provided does not match up, so Can't I login using the temporary ID generated by CKGS? does it allow to login only after forms are completed in government of India website?
And also for date of leaving India, I have been here since 2012 december except for 2 - 5 week vacation to India (not continuously, they were a year apart). So should I have first entry date as Date of leaving India since I was technically not a resident (not stayed more than 6 mnts) of India since then.
Anybody has any experience with SF consulate, whats the usual processing time here?
Any insight/experience would be greatly appreciated.
