Please I need suggestions in the followings.
I have applied US passport for my new born baby. Once i get this...
I have plan to get tourist visa to india(One year tourist entry visa US$85) and in india i have plan to apply the PIO card. Because for getting tourist visa it will take 2 days and for PIO i have to wait 3 to 4 weeks. I m in urgent to go india in this summar holidays.
1. Is it possible to apply PIO from India after reaching in tourist visa for the baby...?.
2. One year tourist visa is enough to apply PIO from india ?.
3 if baby(US citizen) wants to stay more than 180 days in india what is the alternative procedure ?.
