OCI for minor and grandparents documentation

Friends,

I am starting out the process to apply for OCI for my kid. In many places of the applications there is a request
to provide proof of Indian citizenship of grandparents. The requirements is a bit vague.

- Is it a must to provide grandparents' documentation
- If yes, do we need to provide both maternal and paternal grandparents' documentation
