OCI paper work

anyone knows any websites or person who does the paper work for OcI or guides in compiling all the documents..earlier there was visahelpdesk.net but looks like they are not tobe seen...pls help....i live in hartford..ct..thks

OCI photo resize

i am not able to resize MS paint..so i scanned my phot saved on desk top as Jpeg..the size was too big..opened..clickd on resize and enter pixels as 200x200..saved and the sze is now showig 22.3 kb..

pls let me know if i can send this pic for OCI on line..thks
