PIO 2 OCI converstion before 12/31 deadline

Hi,


I completed first 6 steps and now at the step where I have to go to Govt Website to complete the OCI application. Have the following questions.
Please help to clarify.

Does Photo needs color scanning OR black & white is suffice?
Does Signature image needs color scanning OR black & white is suffice?
Is there a way to navigate back to forms and print Checklist form this point?

As most experienced, it is a bit stressful application process. I am not sure why they come up with such weird requirements.

All Color photo/scans...

Go to my account and printout checklist and other forms..
Thats what I did last month..

Spoke to CKGS customer service today and they clarified that except for the OCI application (that we fill and download/print from the Government web site), nothing else required in color.

In general, there is much confusion about the application process due to unclear and insufficient details on CKGS web site.
