Hello ,
I have filled for my son's OCI card and the govt website says "Date Of Acknowledgment 12-DEC-2017" . I know the OCI process takes around 2 months. He already have the indian visa where he can stay 6 months in India. Currently I am planning to book tickets around 17-Feb 2018. I am thinking that his OCI should come by JAn 2018 but if it still dosn't come then -
Question:
1. can we still travel to india while his oci is under process? we have his passport.
2. The visa validity is for 6 months. What if I have to stay more? What happens then? Can I then use this OCI card? but for that I will have to exit the country and enter again?
