Is it required to have Visa / PIO / OCI to travel to India?

Hi,

We still have our valid Indian Passport and we recently got our US Citizenship and got our US Passport. When we got our US Citizenship we gave away our green card. We have already applied for OCI and seems like it is going to take time. In the mean time for our India travel, since we have our valid India Passport (Proof of PIO) also along with our US Passport, can we travel to India with out any other Indian Visa before we get our OCI?

Once you get your US citizenship, your Indian passport is no longer valid. You can't travel using that.

If you need to travel before you get PIO/OCI card, you need to get Indian visa.
