anyone have problems with online nri passport website

Hi guys,
My passport expires in 12 days and i do am waiting for my H1b approval still pending a reply from USCIS, i have received 2 RFE's. | am done with filling out all the forms on CKGS but no luck with the government online form. Most of the times since the last 5 days i am getting "specified URL is inaccessible at this time".
Even if I am able to get to form and get to page 3 to upload a picture i am just unable to upload picture and get Error uploading error.

I am wondering if it is just me, i have tried different laptops and tried all the browsers available, the picture is according to their specifications - jpg, same width and height and less than 300kb. At this point i do not even know who to reach out to for help.

I am actually debating going to india to get my passport renewed but will not be able to come back until my H1b is approved which is pending approval since june 2017.

Yes. i'm also facing the same issue since 2 days. i have called ckgs customer service and they said to wait 1 or 2 days(on friday 23rd feb 18) as they don't even know when it will be up again.. this is so frustrating .. i wonder no one is complained about this or know how to escalate this issue. if anyone have successfully completed the form since last week or so please let us know..

Thanks for the response guys....its been 5 days for me and this website is not yet fixed....is there no other way to fill out the form....maybe the paper form which is available for download on the website - passport.gov.in/nri?

I dont think we can use the paper form because we need to put in the online nri passport application ref number in step 7. So may be we will have to wait... (Pls correct me if I am wrong)

I?m facing the same issue. I?ve contacted the CKGS team and got the same response about this being a known issue.
I?m also facing another related issue where I go to the partial filled website and it asks to enter a 4 digit code from an image for security & the temporary application id. Now, the image does not load so I cannot proceed to ?Get Data? because I don?t have a code to enter!! I tried multiple browsers, restarted my laptop, tried a different laptop, made sure system and java is update with all the latest updates - but no luck!
How can this happen for a week now without getting fixed is beyond me!

I am having the same issue!!

I read the whole thread and I have the same issue.
1. Logo does not come up when I try to complete an incomplete/partial form
2. Photo upload (with or without) errors out.

Please, if anybody has any further information, share it in this thread. Thank you.

Sent : ?Please note that the website to reissue passport for NRI is not working. Please look into this matter as it is very urgent.?

Not sure why this is not being fixed
Iam struggling since last 7 days and this is not fixed..is really frustrating
I called the helpdesk and there is charge of $3 /minutes
VFS services are 1000 times better and I utilized it in 2012.
