I received the following note:
The image in the photograph is cut off from the top. The photo should be close of head and top of shoulders so that face takes up 70%-80% of the photo.
You can get the complete photo specifications from https://passport.in.ckgs.us...
Ship the required number of photographs as per your document checklist to the Passport Application Center.

Other Remarks: Dear Applicant, Photo has not been accepted, as it is cut off from head. Please send us 3 new photos as stated in remarks to process the application. Thanks
Do you know if I should just send the photographs separately or if I should refill the 3 forms on which these 3 photographs will go on to? Thank you for your help.
