Need help with OCI applicaiton
Hello,
I am applying for OCI card.
1. ON additional particular form it is asking 'any previous nationality held' and than asking pp no. and from year ...
that is my confusion ...I was born and brought up in India but passport was ofcourse issued later...so should I add my birth year
or I should add passport issue year? actually I already added my birth year since it is asking for nationality and not passport...
so should I correct it? I am only asking because it is asking for Indian passport no. so confused.
2. Now on govt. OCI applicaiton ...it is asking for US passport details first and than asking for father's name and mother's name and as per instruction we are suppose
to write mother and father's name as per passport but in US passport father name is not separately mentioned and neither mother's name is mentioned?
so should we write parents name as per Indian passport last page?
