is anyone having problems like me..i am stuck at payment page and when i clik proceed..it is asking for correct address..which is correct indeed..called nyc ckgs center nd no one is answering ..now emailed them and waiting for reply...is this their web site problem....i did twice all over again and same problem in the same page....thks to all for ur solutions and response...

cannot proceed further on ckgs for oci application
did anyone face the same problem..stuck at mailing selection page and not allowing to go forward --error check the address- i started all over again twice and same problem same page....any advise what to do..pls help -
CKGS web for OCI application
HI friends-
after getting all the info i finally decided to start this process..so did the stuff on CKGS web and now i am on " submit ad collecton page...i selected the posting and agreed for UPS next day deliver, chek the terms and conditions..address was pulled automatically from the earler forms..so no changes there..but when i clicked on 'submit" a msg popped saying "Please perform address chek".
can anyone tell me what this is, and how do i do ths "address chek" it..it hought it was explorer browser, so i did on Chrome..same page same msg..
cannot get NYC ckgs ppl on phone , both the # are either busy or not answering..after emailing them, they said to clear this and that and on and on..which i did and still the same problem...
i just want to know if anyone experienced the same and what was the solution ..pls help!!!

Do you have pop-up blocker, ad-blocker, third party cookie blocked, javascript blocker, other restrictions on your browser?
