Changing parents name and address on minors passport
I m struggling to correct parents name and address on my child's passport. CKGS instructions are not clear enough to say where to mention the updated parents name and where to mention the existing name which is there on minors passport, I have mentioned the updated name everywhere on the forms and they rejected the application and same I did for new address and they did not say anything about it. Upon calling them they are charged me $2.58/minute and it costed me around $33 for few minutes, How come customer service is charged, I never faced a single customer service in US or in India charging customers to clarify their doubts. Customer service representative suggests to write new name everywhere and provide the proof, I did exactly the same and they rejected the application. On emails they reply the order of the name is not correct, I have provided them all the passport copies and asked them now tell me what to write where and they are not replying back. For address change also despite of asking them several times they are not clarifying it what they want. Please help me if someone have the experienced these issues.
My child's existing passport has father's name in this order (Father's name: LastName FirstName LastName MiddleName) and on parents passport names are like (Father's name: LastName FirstName MiddleName). Basically just want to remove extra LastName in middle of FirstName and MiddleName. Now how to fill the form so that these intelligent people does not reject application.
