Hi all,
I noticed that there is $100 consular fee for OCI in lieu of PIO card. Wasn't that free of cost conversion?
When did they started charging for it?
Also, at what age a person is considered an adult? My younger son will be 20 next June. I would rather wait to convert his PIO card if at that age he's treated as an adult for purpose of OCI
Thanks
