Passport Lost by UPS returned from CKGS-NY
UPS lost my passport returned from CKGS New York. UPS claimed they cannot locate the package and they only reported any progress toward CKGS.
There is no way to contact CKGS directly. Communication between their customer service and application center is so bad that you cannot get any information.
